
genU appoints Louise Khallouf as interim Chief People Officer
genU has appointed Louise Khallouf as interim Chief People Officer.
Ms Khallouf brings more than 25 years of senior People & Culture and Human Resources leadership experience across complex, multi-site organisations in Australia and New Zealand. Most recently, she served as Executive General Manager, People & Culture at Vinnies Victoria, and Interim GM People & Culture at VetPartners ANZ.
She has also held senior Employee Relations and HR leadership roles with Junior Adventures Group, Dunlop Flooring, Methodist Ladies’ College, Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, Boeing, Wilmar Sugar, Asahi Beverages (formerly Cadbury Schweppes), Melbourne Water, Qenos and Wilson Parking.
Throughout her career, Ms Khallouf has led large people functions during periods of organisational change, industrial complexity and transformation. Her expertise spans workplace relations, safety, performance, culture, leadership development and strategic people partnering. She is recognised for her evidence-based approach, strong stakeholder engagement and pragmatic decision-making.
With a deep expertise in workplace relations, business transformation, operations management, capability development and stakeholder engagement, Ms Khallouf joins genU at a critical time as the organisation continues its path toward greater sustainability and national alignment.
Chief Executive Officer Chelsea Tobin is delighted about the appointment, noting that Ms Khallouf will play an integral role in strengthening genU’s capability, culture, and leadership, ensuring the organisation’s long-term impact and sustainability while maintaining its organisational licence to operate.

Louise Khallouf will commence her role as CPO with genU on 2 March 2026.
